When I was working I was extremely possessive of my office equipment.  I knew I did not have the right to put my name on my stapler, but I did label it with "HEARING DESK."  (I worked in a public health hearing and vision office.)  I labeled my pens, my ink pad and stamper, my tape dispenser.  MINE, MINE, MINE!!!!! I had a Dilbert cartoon up of a guy who walked away from his desk and left a pen and in the next frame there was a 5 man pile-up of people trying to steal it.  Classic.  Offices turn normal people into psychos. |
