| I've been pretty lucky. I'm 30 and have no grey hair yet. My boyfriend is 36 and has a little bit. Sometimes he'll point one out in my hair but it always turns out to be blond:P |

Sounds like it's time for you to start taiji or something like that, helps to improve balance. Oldies like me have to be careful not to fall, it might cause me to break the pelvis bones.
I had enough of taiji after a couple of years of intensive practise, but it did help with my balance. Standing on one foot while washing the sole of the other foot was no problem. I still haven't quite lost it. |

I used to try and shave my beard in the shower, but then I had a little accidend with the razor so now I only trim my beard..
Another "getting old"-sign is when you start thinking you look better with beard :P |

she just thinks ours are cold in comparison to her's. I mean, with the 300 layers she has on, of course her's is warm!
