If you translate the posts about the mexicans literaly, they are bound to offend you! These posts should not be taken literaly, they contain "slang" (and/or "street language"). Instead of just attacking someone for being offensive, ask what is intended and acknowledge the fact that you maybe don't get the expressions being used. It happens to me quite a lot if i would get offended everytime someones taking the piss, i would have a full dayjob getting worked up every time:)
