i don't know, i think i hear an acoustic radiohead (the bends) influence in his songs. the vocals are kind of thom york with the fluctuation if falsetto here and there.

he's got that jeff buckley type warble going on too. the cover of the ELO is definitely a keeper. the other songs, the originals, are a bit too overwrought for me when they get all "okay, now loud guitary", but "Losing Me" is a grower i think. but - having said all this, as an opening act this guy is leaps and bounds ahead of the other bands i've seen open for travis i'll probably give him a chance on the day.
