Have you been drowning your sorrows then? That bloke is not worth the pain of a huge hangover. Drink tea and sleep it off :-) |

Water. Drink water. Basically, your brain shrinks when you have a hangover.
In other words, next time you drink, remember to drink a lot of water as well, or at least as much as you can before you go to bed. It works miracles! |

If you can do any of that, then you're not hung over enough ;)
Just kidding, those are good things to do. I've realised that eating something and drinking lots of water before going to bed is helping. Also, try not to drink alcohol a couple of hours before going to bed (even tho it can be hard to avoid). Oh, and milk is my wonder cure! Not everyone can drink milk, but i find that it settles my tummy when it's living a life of it's own after a moist night on the town ;) And greasy food helps... mmmh eggs and bacon... |

Naaw. :-) I drank with some friends on Thursday after I had been to the hairdresser, and yesterday there was a bbq with even more drinks.

Seriously, it shrinks?! Whoa! :-O
I will try to remember to drink water before I'm off to bed next time I've been out and about. :-)

Noo, I didn't get sick - I just needed a drink, or ten, to calm down.
