Veal, rather vile stuff! I am told that it tastes like pidgeon...is that true?
Pidgeon is actually quite tasty. in my hometown they used pidgeon instead of chicken at a number of KFC locations, couldn't tell the difference after a feed of beer.
Hmmm...chicken and veal taste pretty different...ahh, well, must be the alcohol! |

Of course its not wrong to eat veil - what a silly question...
The meat of the world is up for grabs by all species of the earth, just the same whether they are adult or infants - its still meat, its still the same animal with the same (and lack of) cognitive or emotional thinking.
If someone professes that its alright to eat Adult animals, I think its rather hipocritical to say you can't eat infant ones...you either eat meat or you don't, and if you do your a carnivore or omnivore. Whats the point in being descriminative - its just gonna be killed when its older anyway, and at a younger age it has a nice/different taste.
Oh and at our Jimmy Chungs or whatever it is (I've never been) they've had allegations that they've been using seagulls instead of regular poultry - but Dundee is absolutely crawling with the bloody things - and not your standard ones - your 1 - 1/5ft tall ones...might as well use them they just get on everyones tits anyway. However they should be obliged to say which meat they are using. I'm sure thats a legal matter. |
