can't you guys just let me watch Brit Brit again? PLEASE
That I can allow. But young lady, you change that channel right after. You hear me?!!? Don't make me come to Kansas!
Ok cool mommy.
Ok I am definitely not watching the VMAs because they have this interspersed artist commentary during it... WTF. I don't need to listen to Fall Out Boy and 50 cent tell me how badly she sucked... ok Kat Von D, it's all about you tonite! |

| Good girl. OK, I'm off to take some Advil and get some rest. They tortured me today at the orthodontist! Oh, I meant to metion earlier that one of the many things that went wrong was that he had to take four impressions of my top jaw because it kept getting messed up! We were both just giggling because just nothing could go right. |

What in the hell? Isn't it enough that they replay it ad nauseum? They have to play it with commentary? Save it for the DVD and try programming something worth watching...or...Wait, why am I getting worked up? MTV will continue to be crap until the end of time. I need to accept it and move on. ;) |

Dakota! Glad you stopped by. Yeah, I know the commentary is so... pointless. But I did like it when Dave Grohl said, 'Everyone was all like 'Oooo Britney's comeback!' Who the f*ck cares! Get a Zeppelin record!'
Love Dave Grohl |

I wish that was an option for me. I have a very rare problem with my jaw in that one side started randomly growing a few years ago. No one knows why but I can't close my back teeth on the left side since that side is longer. I've been wearing a splint to prep my jaw for braces, now braces, and then surgery in a few years.
I'm excited to be in the next phase of getting this taken care of though each step is progressively more horrible. The thought of the surgery gives me the heeby jeebies but it's so far in the future I try not to think about it.
OK my freakish jaw and I are really off to bed now! |

| I've wondered for a long time now how MTV can have the VMAs since they don't actually play videos anymore. Maybe it's because I'm old enough to remember when MTV did play videos and it makes me nostalgic. |

No kidding, me too. They don't even have videos that much on MTV2 anymore either. :P I'll stick to "The Alternative" on VH1 classic, and youtube, thank you. |

I LOVED 120 Minutes!! It was on right during my junior high/high school years, and it was the best. |

| Yes, I remember it...vaguely. I was a kid back then with....well, no concept of popular music actually. All I listened to were Oldies for a long time. But I don't mind, you've got to appreciate where you've come from. :D My stepdad canceled MTV sometime in my youth for incomprehensible reasons. |

You do have to appreciate it. I listened to Oldies all the time in car trips with my mom and grandma, when the only stations that would come in would be the Oldies or Country...and I refused to listen to Country! |

| I love 'em. It used to amaze my dad that I can sing along to so many songs from the 50's & 60's. (I'll date myself, I don't care...I was born in 80. ;) ) |

Ummm...I was born before that, lol!
I don't usually listen to the radio in the car anymore, though. It's usually my iPod or NPR. :P |
