maybe you can tag along and move in with Goosey ?
or Pauletta if you wish
LA never , I'd open a chili stand on the Champ Elysees first
you're better off opening a halal food shoop on the Champs Elysees - many tourists from the Gulf.

Wow, that's pretty extreme. Were you in a hospital? |

No - i was in a home with many kids with same problems : asthma and bronchitis.
Parents weren't allowed to visit because it was too hard afterwards for our "teachers" to manage us.
It was very difficult at the beginning but after 3 weeks i started connecting with other kids and had a blast.
Also the scenery was beautiful : huge mountains, little rivers...
We would be schooled in the morning and go for long walks in the afternoon.
There i met my first real friend and decided that i'd call my daughter like her : Anna.
It is still emotionnal to talk about this time but i know i grew up a lot in these 3 months and developped the ability to rebound.

It sounds like a great place to get treatment if you were an adult and could handle being away from everyone a bit better than you could at 6. I'm just imagining my son away for 3 months and I know it would be so tough for everyone.
I understand about still feeling emotional about things even though you know they grew you. It sucks that so much growth has to happen around pain. |

No one wants Kimberly's new guy? I'll take him. Any girl (or boy) would want him! HA!
Too bad you didn't open your chili stand when I visited Paris. I kept eating yummy crepes anyway :-)
On a serious note, sorry to hear about your kid and kitty cat moving to LA :-(
