Oh, self-diagnosis is not always of the good. I suppose that less light means more need to sleep, and it doesn't have to be a depression. Or diabetes, for that matter... |

| Yeah I've had problems with online diagnosis before. Apparently two years ago I had nappy rash. |

Is there a lot of snow in Chur right now, or is it just in the Alps? We have around 5 degrees and it feels like there is no daylight at all *sigh*
yep snow right down to Chur and tons of the stuff up in the Alps. and it keeps on snowing. Glad I've got my wee panda :) Oh yes of course this time of the year you've hardly any daylight as it is. When does it get dark ? |

Nope not Sat as had some friends around, but managed to get the shite up on Sunday. Cant see out the windows as kids have sprayed so much snow. And spent a few hours fighting with the lights. I frickin HATE fairy lights
Then why bother with them?
So your view to Riget is a bit foggy, then? I don't suppose you remember The Julekalender by De Nattergale... If I put up all of my stuff, it would look like Gertrud Sand's julestue. I really, REALLY, don't want that lol
Need them for the tree. We aint all pyromaniacs who put lit candles on a tree ya know;0)
Havent seen that in yonks and not sure Ive seen more than bits. (Speaking of which nice to know that Moray keeps his in a nappy...whatever turns him on eh?)

The danes dont see daylight. My kids leave for school in the pitch black as theyve to be there for 8. And its dark again at 4ish. Dont ask me which brightspark thought it was a good idea for people living in a northern country to meet at 8am, at school, workplaces etc. I think its daft and then they wonder why Danes are poppin happy pills like no ones business?? |

I totally agree. I'll leave work in about 20 minutes, and it's already darkening now. It's quite depressing not seeing daylight. At least we don't live in a country with complete darkness for a couple of weeks like they have north of the polar line :oS |

I know... men just never grow up, do they.
As for The Julekalender... Gertrud Sand put up more and more Christmas decorations every day until it was impossible to dig your way through the living room.

EDIT: This must be from one of the first episodes since there's hardly any decoration there lol |

You know, sleeping too much also makes you sleepy :o) Apparantly 7-8 hours per night is the best. However, this grey dull weather really isn't helping.
7-8 hours- I wish! I don't think 5-6 hours is too much... |

I know it's madness. The same here. Makes you feel like a mole. Just as well I can choose when I start work, so you don't see me out my house before it's daylight, bad enough to get home in the dark. |

Depression is cause of sleeping disorder. When I was so nervous, I couldn't have deep sleeping. :s
My roommate talked over the telephone everyday with her boyfriend. I couldn't sleep anymore.
So I thought hard.... I set myself to use earplug.
It's very effective!! Why don't you use it? :) |
