Yeah, they will. The guy i was talking to said iTunes was 80% of the digital download market or something like that, so it'd be silly to leave them off iTunes if it's a digital download deal we're doing!
He also said it'd be a 70/30 split, which works out at about 55 pence per track if they go at 79 pence- there's some costs to pay up front, but it'll work out at about only a few pounds per band member- so we'll make our money back pretty easily. They don't do any PR or anything like that, but sure i do that a lot for myself already so it won't be a problem. Don't know the finer details yet as it was just a discussion, so we'll find out more when we sit down and have a meeting about it. |

A 90/10 split?! I should have known nobody gets a 90/10 split. It's unheard of. Even Crowded house don't get 90/10! |
