I like food too much, so I just run every day instead.

i don't enjoy running but power walking, cycling and stretching are fine so i juggle with these 3.

I love cycling too! I'm thinking of investing in an indoor spinning bike.

i find cycling quite good for someone as nervous as i am - i like it cause I exercise and also because I can release lots of "bad" energy.

that's what exercising in general does for me...it's a great stress and tension relief for me!

like my friend's dad says to her-
it's better for somebody to say "ah there you are", instead of "where are you?"

Eh...I don't do diets, really. I just try to eat healthy and I go for walks with my mum or jog with my boyfriend. But I looooove chocolate. Especially brownies or fudge. Mmmmmmmmmm. :)

Sounds good...

Megg, it's not fair that you've lost 5 kg by doing nothing about it! It must be because you're young.

After 2 kids and more years behind me than I care to think, the waistline seems only to be going to one direction :^P
My problem is that I don't get enough sleep (lack of sleep makes you fat, too), and when I'm tired, I try to perk my self up with chocolate and sweets. If I have too much work on the go, I won't have time to exercise, so I end up sitting all day staring at the screen and eating sweets. It's a vicious triangle.

I love cycling and walks, try to do them when I have a chance. Today I'm going to cycle to town, that'll be about 14 km altogether.

I need to rectify that : Watching Hercule Poirot, not Derricky love, too dull so too stressful for me.
