haha that's funny, for me it's anything that involves and "ld".
Like "cold," "old," "mold." It makes singing Travis songs hard sometimes...because Fran just loves the words "cold" and "old."
When I say them, they usually come out like "co'd" and "owed."Such and such.."sold" becomes "sewed"
"Crayon" is also a difficult one. I say it like "crown" :
"Video"--> "vee-deo" (but i fixed that one after some practice)
the list goes on. |

The Michigan accent kind of puts an emphasis on vowels...like we say "haaat" instead of "hot" and so on.
I also say "melk and aggs" instead of "milk and eggs" :) |
