haha! okay, i'll check out your stuff! i should probably turn my last.fm thing off...it's pretty sad some of the stuff i listen to! lol! but, oh well...
I turn it off when i use my laptop to DJ (i run karaoke at the students union and play songs off my itunes) cos i "have to" play stuff that is popular and commercial. And i don't want Mika and Just Jack appearing on my Last.fm... :D |

im doing the same thing in july. going back to nyc for the two shows there and then chicago later that week. oh shit! :D |

Yeah, he pointed me out from the crowd at my first gig this year. I'm sure you've all read it or heard about it, but that was the first thing. Then i met him afterwards, and again at the Glasgow signing, and for a third time at the last Glasgow gig. And in between that he's helped me out with my music stuff on myspace :)

They're just so normal, that's what i like about them. I'm just talking to someone on my MSN about it- they're just guys. I watched an interview the other day, and the interviewer was suggesting that they were the kinda blueprint for like Coldplay and Keane and all that- and they seemed really uncomfortable with their own fame.
And i think they respect that the real fans who they meet don't treat them like OHMYGOD!!! I know when i've met them, even the very first time, i've just been myself, cos they've just been themselves.
I know what i mean if no one else does! lol |
