Hmmm interesting, I would have thought a learned man like yourself would realise it's piss easy to bend statistics to prove anything you want...
for example in the last 10 years, Paisley has been, Murder/Housebreakind/Serious Assault/Car Theft/Drugs Users/ Drug Dealing/Gangster Capital of Europe.... I rest my case
Then again, It WAS on the Radio so it must be True |

surely it's not worse than the place I come from, where litterally 80% of the population between 12 and 16 has been or is using drugs. Besides I rather liked Glasgow when I visited, it's not like you're going to be raped, stabbed and killed the second you walk out the door. I'm much more scared when I have to walk around alone down-town Oslo in the night. |

You're really lucky, Norway has one of the lowest crime rates, and as far as I could see there were no chavs (ned like but teens) over there. Unless you ran into my cousin......... he's mad

I just went to Scotland this spring and had the best time. I'm planning on going back.
I loved the Isle of Skye (could have stayed there forever) and Stirling (lots to see for a small town). I also really enjoyed Glasgow and Edinburgh. If you're a tourist in Edinburgh, all you really have to do is show up and you'll literally stumble onto things to do. Glasgow makes you work a bit more, but it's less pretentious, and has lots of shopping, if you want that. |

A Dundee resident criticising Glasgow for having a drug problem.
The amount of shite you spew out really is most worrying, almost as worrying as the thought you might actually believe any of it.

yes we are lucky, and there is by far less crime going on in Oslo than Glasgow. I'm not from Oslo tho, I'm from a small place just outside, where the crime rates are quite high compared with nearby places. I don't like walking around there at night either, I've had a couple of unpleasant encounters there, and had to call my parents to come get me because of threatening teens. Probably not as scary as Neds and Chavs tho ;) (or maybe your cousin lol)
My point about the previous post was actually that if you see past the crime problems in Glasgow it is actually a quite nice city with many nice people. |

Umm I'm pretty sure that usual, I was responding normally to the post, talked about what I like in Scotland, then Andrew, as usual, responded with a ridiculously snidey and unnecessary comment, so I retaliated and justified my point. You. Retard. |

| Glasgow's a fun place to be, mostly, because most people don't know their way around the place ... makes it fun to discover things though. |
