Glad you're okay now. I have forgotten what heat feels like. I brought out my new big puffy coat to stay warm. It makes me look like I weigh about 200 pounds, but it is warm!

Thanks :o)
That's nice! How cold is it there?
Our winters aren't that cold, it doesn't snow in Buenos Aires (except for this one day in july this year, it was the first time in almost 90 years).

It has actually been above freezing for the last couple of days, so some of the snow has been melting. Still plenty in big piles all over from the snow plows, though. That won't melt until spring. It's supposed to rain tomorrow. I guess we'll have a muddy Christmas.

I'd like to experience that for a change. Here it's always warm.

It was amazing Al! It was the first time I saw snow falling down, and it was in Buenos Aires! And it was our independence day (9 july), so everyone was enjoying it :o)

Wow! Snow in July!

It really messes with my mind to imagine Christmas being in summer. I remember reading in school about how the seasons are opposite in the southern hemisphere. In our social studies book there was a girl in Australia who said she thought snow at Christmas time was just in fairy tales.
