Exactly! If Mr. Bean acted like that in public all, leering and creepy, and sweaty, someone would call the po-po on him for being an suspected child molester. And that would be the end of that, no more crazy adventures. You know the ssame thing could be said for Pee-Wee Herman too... but I won't go there...
