Hi ladies (and any boy lurkers)
I've been making a rum cake and watching The Office. I thought it was great and finally back on track.

Rum cake smells soooo good. Too bad it's for my boss. Apparently it's boss appreciation week. So here I go trying to appreciate him using sugar, fat, and booze.

I'm sure it'll work.

It'd work for me! :oP
Hi!!

Hubby is jealous. He's on the couch saying it smells soooo good but in this tortured "why is it never for me?!?!" way. Guess I'll be making another cake this weekend. : )

Haha, you're such a nice wife!

Hi everyone! :o)

hello! how are you tonight?

I'm fine, not wanting to wash the dishes, you?

Nats, I hadn't noticed that there was a tiger in the wings of that butterfly until I read this thread :oP

hmmm, dishes... I'm planning essays for my midterm next week tuesday. wanna trade?

Uhh! No thanks! How's that going?
I have to prepare an abstract for an "investigation" to hand in on monday... If only I had a project!

uggh, that sounds like just as much fun as what I'm doing... What sort of "investigation" is this?

It's for this class I'm taking: Analysis of Argentinian Society. In a couple of weeks we have elections for president, so maybe I'll do something related to that. I should have an hypothesis, some goals and do some research (interviews, consulting statistics or bibliography about what I want to investigate, etc). But I have to base my project in something I can research myself in a small period of time... I have the weekend to think about it :oP.
What are your essays about?

That sounds really quite tedious and horrible :(

My essays are all on native americans and interactions with europeans invaders. life before contact, agricultural practices, different cross-cultural relationships that developed, frontiers of inclusion and exclusion, continental rebellions at the end of the 17th century, and successes and failures of missionary work. there are 6 of them :(

What?! Did you put Poland as your network? Oh Niska... what are we going to do with you?

Don't worry, encomiendas will be present in my writing (I'll be discussing them in the 'inclusion' essay and also a part of rebellions)

Yup I hang out on the mountains. People should give big foot a chance.

2/3 of the snow melt goes to Goosey. She is really thirsty.

Ok, changed my network to Detroit and put a pic up...I still can't find you. A lot of people have your name, too!

This is so confusing!
