There really is no point in my replying to this, but I'm bored, so here goes.
I know nothing about relationships and therefore won't give you any advice. But good luck nonetheless.
Lol, this is possibly the most repetitive post ever :) How many people have told you that you should give it go? The world vs Dubz. Oh well. |

| Nah, Dubz's opinion is as valid as anyone elses- even if it doesn't fit with the general consensus- as should always be the case on this place. Unfortunately it seems that at times opinions can be "wrong", which isn't right. And don't tell me i'm wrong! |

happy_me wrote: Really butting in here, but I agree with Dubz. It can work really well as it did with me and a very good mate of mine. I was head over heels about him and I had to tell him about my feelings for him before I exploded. He, of course, didn't feel the same, but he was a true gentleman about it and we ended up better friends than ever.
And in my own, very personal, opinion I don't think that things like that are accidents... you don't do stuff like that if you feel nothing for the opposite part ;) At least I don't...
I hope everything works out for you Paul!!
That's exactly what i'm going to do- tell her how i feel, but not expect exactly the same back. It'd be great if it did come back, but i can't decide that for myself. As long as we're always mates... |

And aren't you smart enough to single out the advice that suits you best? no one should decide for you. I for example think : "grow a pair", would not be the right advice for me in a case like yours, but it could be just the "nudge" you need. Anyways, i'm hoping for a happy ending:) Good luck!! |

Yeah, i am. And i didn't just come here for the advice. My mates have been helping me with it too. One of them, who's very into astrology, even did my birth chart to see if it said anything. I don't normally believe any of that, but some of it was interesting to say the least. |

I hope we can find it in another thread because I would love to read that post. It's totally true though that many things they do in movies would get your arrested in real life. |

Hey Paul,
Thanks for sharing this with us.
Why don't you try again to get close to her (going out, party...)? You have strong feelings for her so go for it...and you're tactful enough to do it in the right way. Good luck. |
