Hello everybody! Just a quick message to say that I moved to Wales! I found a great job and a house while I was still in Italy, all in one day! So I decided to come over and see what it was like. And it was ok! I signed a permanent contrat at work just a few days ago.
Great. I moved countries. Wonderful. Kind of strange feeling. I've been here for 4 weeks now and everything seems perfect. |

Ooh wow, Wales seems such an interesting place. The Welsh have THE coolest accent, it's impossible to copy! Glad it's all worked out so well for you :) |

Nice One, I remember you asking for advice on this issue. Great to hear you made a decision. I really hope you have a great time resettling, Best of luck.

Yay! That's good you're settling in well :) It can be a bit hard sometimes... or you go through homesick-everything sucks-I want to go home, days, but that goes away after a while :)

I know, but I haven't got a computer yet, or an internet connection.. or a telephone line! And I think I'm not going to have one for a while really (because I don't feel the need of it yet), so I'm just using a friend's pc+internet when I can!
I haven't got anything yet, no furniture, no tv, I haven't even got my national insurance number yet (but I've applied for one yesterday) but I'm ok, I'm taking things very slowly, there's no rush. I'm doing one step per time, or step by step (what's the correct thing to say? I don't know, you know what I mean) |
