so, rockwerchter in belgium is sold out so i've started looking at Benicàssim, but i hear it's very hot...i'm very irish and therefore melt very easily...
anybody been?

I have never been either, but if you are looking for folks to go with I would tag along.
I used to live in Spain and it does get VERY hot in July, but as long as you are prepared for it there is no reason why you should melt :) |

To be honest , death from the heat would be quite likely Dee.
Unless of course you could somehow pack yourself in ice. |

If you're not used to the heat, you'll probably fry. They're predicting quite a hot summer this year too. |

my sister is the same as me, she managed india and oz and i'm wussing out over spain...
doubtless factor 50 will be employed, and possibly a parasol... |

I'm not very good in the heat but the last time I was in Valencia a few years ago in JUNE, the temperature hit a whopping 42°C which was unbearable. It probably wouldn't be that extreme but it could hit the 30s. Evian water spray and a good hat and you'll have a great time. |
