what really iritates me at the minute is people who start talking over you when your half through a story!!! then you have to stop talking and they are like 'were you finished with what you were saying?' my sister does it to me all the time (just now in fact) and it makes me feel like anything i was saying wasn't important!

my boss does that, except he doesn't ask if i'm finished with my comment. by that time, i don't even care to finish what i was saying.
what irritates me more, is when i wait for him to finish his comment (usually something political), then i change the subject, he goes, "oh, well i guess we were done with that topic!" |

| i hear ya!! ... it annoys me when people are "always right" and throw it in your face...my best friend has a tendency to do it...i keep mum now...but it's still annoying! |

nobody talks over me but it sometimes annoys me when i really want to talk with sb about sth and they keep changing the topic till i give up ... |

In one place i worked, there was a guy who used to talk to his assistant whilst she was on the phone ...and made her wait outside his office when he was on the phone and she needed to speak to him.
