| I agree. Having a Wednesday, and just that, off was completely confusing. I really had to think this morning about what day it was. It was a rainy lovely 4th down here in Austin. Didn't stop my pryo neighbors from doing fireworks until at least 2:30 in the morning. Who does that?!?! Do they not have to work? Guess not.... |

yeah i don't get it with the fireworks. people do seem to love 'em. i'm going to be hearing them going off for the next few weeks now as the "summer folk" burn off what's left over from this week. that'll be nice. |

I know. They are nuts. My neighbors (several of them) start about a week for the 4th and it continues for a few days after. Same for New Year's. When I was driving down the street it looked like a dumpster had fallen on the street from all the firecracker stubs and boxes. I wanna move so bad!

i hear you. neighbors suck. that'd be a good t-shirt to have printed up "Neighbors Suck" wear it while out mowing the lawn etc. |
