Anyone a fan of the "Piano Man"?
I picked up The Very Best Of today for a fiver, and am enjoying it. Obviously i knew Tell Her About It, Piano Man (one of my favourite songs ever) and Uptown Girl, but the rest is all new- and it's good stuff! :)
EDIT: It just played The River Of Dreams- forgot that was Billy Joel!! |

Have you been at number 16 yet? Tell me what you thought! But as it is with all songs, one has to hear them several times before one can make one's mind up about it ;) |

| Billy Joel sucks the Farts from Dead Seagulls it's what the yanks call... Adult Orientated Rock. Piano Man has to be the most overblown pretentious piece of shit i've ever heard, it's music for drunk middle aged karaoke!!! |

Can't see how it's pretentious when it's about life experience, but as is so often on this board- each to their own i guess :) |

I did enjoy that CD. But it didn't beat the copious amounts of Neil Young i had on afterwards
And look, Helen's got a new picture! |
