As a child, they were my favourite animals. When my parents asked me why this was the case, I supposely said that I liked to count the spots on their backs (246 being my record) and that other animals were all inferior due to this lack of spots...I neglected to count cows, they scared me...

Giraffes used to scare me a bit cos I thought the long neck was a bit freaky. But they're actually quite cute! |
