nope i say no it hasnt its actually got worse over the years since labour came in even now with the labour gov closing hospitals down in some areas, mrsa is on the increase, nurses are stressed over worked and under paid. patricia hewitt the health secretary if u kan call her that is like head misstress at a sec school totally unintrested in whats going rong as is the gov with everything thats rong!!
