I need to create a web site.
My computer skills are close to "0"...
Can you please suggest some "user-friendly" web designing tool ?

I aim at advising women visiting Paris on how to shop like a Parisienne - thus i take them to french labels stores.
Places they may not know about. Shopping with a "je ne sais quoi".

so it will be somekind of a shopping tourist guide, good idea... but do you think will you ask money to the shops you will advertise on your web site?
