| well they just do stuff to strengthen you so you can do things on the pole...it's interesting but i'm not comfortable enough with myself to do it on a regular basis... |

pilates is supposed to strenghten yr core muscles and give you a lean body.
lean body : how i'd love it !
pole dancing is for losers ! |

| my friend and i agreed these instructors seemed to have some "experience" when it came down to it....the studio my friend currently goes to doesn't give off a raunchy vibe...either way i don't think i'd find 'the sexy' at a pole dancing class...gadzooks! |

| I hate the whole "pole dancing as exercise" trend. It's stupid and offensive, to me. I do spin (cycling) classes, pilates, and swimming. Mainly spin. At 5:30 am since that's the only time I have to myself. It's a sickness, I know. |

I agree with you, this "pole dancing" trend should remain an "exercise" for strippers. Call me narrow minded if you want.
You're up at 5.30 am ? Incredible ! |

i do other exercise .... swimming, walking...some other cardio....
i don't see pole dancing as exercise....even though it takes incredible strength to do some of the stuff...but i can see why women do it...a lot of them feel sexy afterward...it's not everyone's bag...certainly not something i'd pursue with a passion but i've heard stories from women who've gained confidence from it...to each their own... |
