Seeing as the football season is almost upon us (or has started for some of the Scottish folk), i thought i'd make a thread for all our moaning and groaning, celebrating and gloating..and general banter of course!
Charity Shield tomorrow, would love to see an early thrashing of Chelsea! If not, there'll still be plenty of drink lol
So, any thoughts of the new season and what it may bring? |

Haven't read the reports yet but a lot of bookings in our game today... went down 1-0 to Motherwell(beat them 3-2 same time last year) but could have been worse, I suppose.
On the English side of things I'm really looking forward to this season, The Scousers have picked up a very good strike force, Tottenham may challenge for 4/5th spot, Everton won't be far away either. Arsenal have fallen away. which leaves the big two to fight it out once more, Man U have finally got Tevez and Hargeaves (I hope they are worth it!!) and chelsea have spent fuck all, compared to recent years, might give the team a chance to gel... |

Hey Dubz. I checked the St. Mirren score before, how do you reckon you'll do this season? Salford are practically dead and buried so it'll be the lower division next season *sigh*
I'm so excited to see what united will be like this season, it was saying in the paper today that Fergie stated it was his best ever team. Let's hope so! |

| It all starts next week in the Championship, but I won't get to a Wednesday game til the week after, when we play Wolves at home, which I can't fucking wait for. |
