What are some small things in life that make you really happy?

For instance...
I love getting letters in the mail. Since communication is so electronic these days it is nice to get something you can actually hold.
AND
I love the smell of rain on asphalt :)

the smell of the earth or the grass after the rain makes me feel so good... the air seems to be pure.

I love waking up in the middle of a night, looking at the clock and realising that I can sleep few hours more.
Air after rain.
First snow.
New issue of Vanity Fair.
