| If you have deleted someone from your list,and they have deleted you too,and then you add them again(by adding contact etc) will they get that alert message that 'this user wants to add you bla bla'..? |

but then again, the format of msn isn't very user friendly - its too assuming.
You'll have to hope so, but if not send them an email - unless its a reconcilliation thing then maybe you shuld bide your time and play ball ;) |
