i'm happy to report that i have been a busy little bee at work this morning...started when i found out the voicemails in the entire office are down...so got on the phone first thing and placed a call to our help(less) desk......of course pauletta is in a panic because what if she misses a call? and what if her clients think she's ignoring them?? (honestly it should be the other way around!)....then, my boss asked me to help one of the moron loan consultants because surprise surprise she managed to somehow lock herself out of her computer! so i have to call the "help" desk yet again........needless to say it's not even 10am and i already want to kill myself! ;P

| haha...it may start with you complaining about something...but i'm sure it'll end with her telling you all about her "children", and by that i mean her 15+ year old "kitties"....appropriately named "kitty" and "kitty kitty" |

Back from my day - went to the job center, then for a walk and then met my neighbour for a drink and we giggled like mad.
What is the problem with californian water ?

...i'm doing better now. phone tech currently fixing voicemail. password/laptop issue resolved for moronic LC...crisis under control! Puma cub is back and ready to prowl! haha :D |
