Today's topic: Tacos.
I like Shredded beef with lettuce and Cheese. I had the best tacos ever @ Olvera street at this tiny hole in the wall before the Travis show earlier this year. For real.
I did get a big grease spot on my woxy shirt for the rest of the night though, but If I hadn't I guess it wouldn't have been a true taco experience. |

Mmm, I like them with Potatoes too.
Check out my Dad making Enchiladas. Hahah, he's not making them from scratch and he doesn't really explain how to do it, but it's funny:

Ahh, I'm in Excellent San Dimas right now. I just had tacos for lunch and I felt the need to express my love for their crispy goodness. :D |
