The closest thing I ever got to meeting any boardies 'by accident' was when I met you and other boardies outside Barrowlands. But that wasn't really an accident, just didn't know whether you'd be there yet.

I would love to, though I'd be really shocked if it happens here!

Same thing here, only know of one other regular boardie from this country. I've met her, but not by accident!

nope...it would be cool though. Not sure if anyone else on here lives in Utah...unless you count my husband. He's a new boardie like myself but has only posted once I think.

Wouldn't it be cool if there was a boardie convention?! I would organize that in a second. But you know, time and money is everything

It's been mooted before. It'd be great but it's too much for one person to organise, you'd need a little team of people.

Hahaha, we should all do it. Problem is... when, what continent, how would everyone get there. Oh well, for another day. As for location, I wouldn't mind having an excuse to go across the pond.

There was a huuuuuuuuuuuuge thread about it before and Glasgow seemed like a popular location, as it seemed most apt. But let's not go into it all again unless it's likely to happen..
Ollie, if you want to read all the stuff just search for the Boardie Convention thread from about 2 or 3 months ago. It's all there |
