| hola! ...i'm feeling quite pleased with myself...i had to go in to this office to make a payment and the receptionist there was not friendly at all! i'm thinking "i'm a bad receptionist but at least i SMILE!" LOL |

i never used to intentionally smile at people when i worked shitty jobs til i realised how far it gets you.
i love how it infuriates people when you smile at them while they criticize you

p.s. .....good mood ruined! creepy robert came to my desk to chat! WTF?!?! i buried my head in the supply order book....he proceeded to sit on my f*cking desk!!!
