i don't know... it's called.... oh... i don't remember. ok, it's not important, one of the ingredients is a garlic ginger paste, and i have no idea of where i can find it (in italy) so, any way i can make it myself?

| Yeah making it is really easy, ginger garlic paste is usually equal parts ginger and garlic, but I like to take a little less garlic than ginger because I hate the garlicy taste that lingers... So here's what you do: chop up some ginger and garlic(equal parts of, if you want), pop them into a food processor and pulse, adding a little water if needed, until it becomes a smooth paste. You can freeze it too, keeps really well. Hope this helps :) |
