okay from what i gathered Bio-Oil is pretty much a miracle product for stretch marks, palmers cocoa butter or anything with added vitamin e are good too used throughout and after the pregnancy, they need to be massaged in to be effective.
cellulite has nothing to do with weight or exercise. it's mainly got to do with connective tissues. there is no 100% "cure" but it can be made less visible (apparently) with increased circulation through body brushing and increased fibre intake.
those would be from my days working in a chemist.
i swear, one day i'm gonna be my own island

Cheers Dee.
I am rather lazy so don't do it regularly enough but I have made my own oil with Evening primrose oil, Sweet almand oil, a bit of lavender oil and borage oil. Evening primrose and Borage (aka starflower) oils are good for PMS but also for skin condition. I would like to try Bio Oil, can you get it in the uk? Thanks. |

you should be very careful when using essential oils while pregnant-there's a safety list here but it's best to get advice on them anyway.
you can buy bio-oil online
but i think it's also available in most chemists also. |

Thanks. The safety list doesn't say anything on Borage, Evening primrose and Sweet almond oils, but I checked in a specialised book beforehand. I'll look for the bio oil, thanks for that. |

yeah, well...
we had a guidance counsellor come around to us in class one year to ask us what we wanted to do with our lives.
my life ambition to be part of a commune was not treated very seriously. i wouldn't mind but my plan was far more detailed than anybody else's. |
