I guess our friends overseas will be waking up to this sudden turn of events in a couple of hours.
Who would have ever thought that K-Fed would have been the responsible one when they first hooked up?? |

That's what my mother said the other day...
Yeah, I read about that earlier today. When you think she couldn't get any worse, she does. It's quite entertaining. |

so apparantly this could have been avoided if she had done what the judge ordered her to do....according to TMZ.com :::
"last month. L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon ordered Spears to do a number of things in order to maintain 50/50 custody.
Spears was ordered to meet with a drug counselor -- she didn't do it.
Spears was ordered to submit to drug testing -- she didn't do it.
Spears was ordered to enroll in parenting classes -- didn't do it.
Spears was also required to sign the judge's order -- again, she didn't.
And last Friday, Commissioner Gordon prohibited both Spears and K-Fed from driving the children unless they had a valid California driver's license. Gordon was pissed today when TMZ posted video of Spears cavalierly driving her kids around Malibu.
In short, Spears did everything wrong ... by doing nothing."
.....i understand she's never really matured into a responsible adult (being raised in an environment where everyone says 'yes' to you all the time)...but DAAAANG YA'LL! |

| The girl needs some serious psychiatric help and hopefully now being sans children she will be more inclined to get that help. I do feel bad for her, but damn girl, do your job! And yes, it is a sad time when dumbass K-Fed is the better option, who'd have thunk it?! |

| I heard on the radio this morning that some security guy had been heard in court. He'd said that he found Britney out on drugs, while her kids where in the room. And she was butt-naked. Apparantly, some people are more outraged about the naked part than the fact that she was on drugs. Huh? Kiddies don't care about their mum being naked, but I'm sure they're not too happy about her being spaced out! |

It's just so sad. I feel so bad for those kids. Yeah, it's weird how the naked thing keeps getting mentioned. I would have gotten my kids taken away many many times if that mattered.
Maybe it's more there are a lot of people besides the kids (guards, housekeepers, etc.) in the house and then it's a little more inappropriate to be walking around naked? |

Maybe that's it. However, I also find it highly inappropriate to be high around kids & staff.
But as you say, it's a real tragedy. I feel so sorry for the children. I know they're not that old, but I'm sure they love both their parents equally and if they were older, they'd defend both of them. Break ups and divorces are often ugly when children are involved, and it doesn't help that the whole world seems to think that it's their business. |
