Hey there, abs!
got the Work fashion email you sent! love it!
i wish i could dress like that more often. we have a very casual work environment, since there are only 3 of us here, so i don't dress up as much as i'd like to.
although, if we did have to dress up everyday, i'd probably get sick of it! |

There are 3 ppl where you work ? OMG !
Always dressed casually at work except for big meetings.
Didn't have the budget for suits/fancy stuff ANYWAY !
Bought a few things when at Ralph Lauren though. |

yeah...only 3 people. it's the weirdest kind of business. too hard to explain, but we never see our clients, and therefore, we never have to dress up.
even if i did have the budget for cute suits and fancy stuff, i'd have no where to wear them! |

Friday Wear !
When it appeared here ppl did it in excess : wearing a nice suit without a tie (i'm rebel !) to wearing a track suit (Dude ! it's le weekend already !!!).
Some of the outfits ppl (read "men") wore were just laughable.

| My office is me and my boss and one contract lawyer who is here 2 days a week. There aren't a lot of meetings but I never know when they're going to be so I have look half decent. His wife said the last assistant's style could be described as "homeless chic" and they were hoping my standards would be a little higher. |

"homeless chic" hmm...wonder where i can find that!
yeah, i'm a little lucky, 'cause i always know when we're having a meeting, or if someone's coming...
but, on the other hand, i have enough sense not to come in in my pj's! i think i dress pretty decently everyday! |

"homeless chic" !!! LOL
Where i worked as an au pair, the previous one stayed 3 days - on day 2, she appeared stark naked for brekkie.
Tony and Jane (the "parents") had told her to act like "at home".

That is so funny. I've never eaten breakfast naked "at home"- at least when other people were around. |

She was hired to look after a 13 year old kid, not to drive nuts an entire family !
Used to get up after everybody else in the house (around 9 am) so was alone most of the time and could read the papers and achieve the duties of the day (clean the bathroom...) as well as nurse the many hangovers i had.
LOL
