| Anyone seen the Glen Hansard movie? Is it any good? I'm off to see it tonight, can't wait! I think everyone knows how much i love The Frames, so it should be a good show for me! |

| Yeah, saw it back in July. Loved it. It didn't feel like a movie. It felt really voyeuristic, like you were just watching people. The music was amazing as well. It's a great, unconventional love story. Hope you like it Paul! |

It´s definitely not a bad movie but just have to love it´s soundtrack is just amazing.

bringing this up again cos... i just saw it tonight! i'm floored!! loved it so much, will get the DVD and soundtrack.
can't wait to see glen and marketa again this friday-- my virtual gig date with weirdmom, of course ;-)

It's awesome. I hate the cinema and i've seen it twice now- that's how great it is!
I was surprised to find out however that Marketa Irglova is only 19. She looks about 28!! |

Yeah, they're together. I remember reading an interview about that. I wasn't that surprised, they had good chemistry. But he's slightly older... whatever! Age ain't nothing but a number!

question is .. where they together before they started filming ? this would make it really voyeuristic as you say! |

| I read an article/review in Newsweek this summer and (going from memory) it said that they fell in love and started dating during the filming. I think it really shows through the movie. Glen said something like he realized he had been falling in love with her for awhile but pushed it down because "she was just a kid". I think he's late 30s, she's early 20s so a bit of a difference but who cares. |
