I was just reading a bit in Le Monde, and they had an article about the best-selling British artists in France at the moment - Katie Melua and James Blunt. They also described just how soft their pop is. According to them, their music could pass off Coldplay as a heavy rock band lol

She's not without talent and I do like a lot of mellow music like Aqualung. Her music just seems a bit bland to me. |

Hmm, I agree on the "bland" bit. She's definitely got more going for her than James Blunt....don't get me started on him!! |
