EDIT: i'm back for a minute! okay, about my other forum life.
i think i've mentioned before that i'm on the damien rice forum where people are crude, rude and just down-right cruel. lots of profanity and innuendos and moody people, not for anyone with a weak stomach. sometimes the titles of the posts read like they're porn spam. remember someone complained here about that board? well, you post there and pray you don't get slagged. regular forumers are like sharks biting heads off new members like in a feeding frenzy. and there's always an "inside joke".
so there's a guy there (also a forum member) who posted "check out my music". i think travis boardies' reaction to such posting is rather tame and polite. over there, the guy was horribly berated and for several weeks now, is still getting it. but he keeps getting up to defend himself. it goes on and on to the point of being twistedly funny that i even joined in to beat the dead horse!
uh, not proud of it, but just couldn't help it. maybe i'm just like the rest of them damien rice boardies. |

yeah, but i joined in a slag-fest. i felt bad for the guy, but joined in anyway cos i found it funny. bad.
i think i'm gonna take a sad song and make it better. btw, i couldn't make out what lennon was yelling before the "na na na na na na na". |
