Sorry I don't know of a good way but I heard on the radio about a guy who faked his death to get out of a contract. "His family" sent a death certificate and everything.

They somehow found out and he had to pay a bunch of money.

So don't try that.

I know. Pretty extreme measure to get out of a contract. Hope Esteban has a real suggestion for you.

Is it because of the cost? Are you a long time customer and therefore have some negotiating power?

The phone i have from them is garbage.Keeps breaking down. However they are saying that i have to try and get it fixed 3 times before i can get a different make.
I would like to avoid this. Ive been a customer of theirs for a long time.

Unfortunately I don't think you'd have much of a case to get out of your contract, the law would fall on the side of the network. The best you can get is another make but you'd need to kick up a right fuss to get even that.
