Anyone ever get where you've been to a gig and a song that you never really paid that much attention to before was the highlight of the gig? And then in the ensuing days, you barely listen to much else...
Mine this week is Life's An Ocean by The Verve. It was the song of the (largely disappointing) set on saturday, and i've been listening to it pretty much constantly all week |

| Hey Paul, know exactly what you mean mate, can't think of one time that stands out as being some sort of epiphany, but I get you. |

I can think of a similar one. After the Travis gig for the Singles tour at the Barrowlands, Walking Down The Hill came on straight after the band when the lights went up, and i just went "aw, amazin!". Yeah, never mind the gig- Walking Down The Hill's being played! Haha
And i love that song after that as well... |

Hey Paul!
For me it was "I Love You Anyways" this past summer. I totally overlooked how amazing that song was until I heard it live.

I know you're a big "Good Feeling" fan. They did "The Line Is Fine" in Detroit as well. Ever hear that one live? It's awesome.
I think I'd burst with excitment if I heard the live rockier version of "The Fear." |
