I really had a brilliant weekend, got in here early Saturday morning and did what I had to do a bit of a pisser but after that...
My Lady Friend came up on Saturday evening, lazy Saturday night, DVD and Have I got News for You with Brian Blessed was hilarious, A massive amazing Chinese takeaway, then a nice early evening.
Sunday - A lovely walk along the canal, followed by a couple of beers before heading home for take away (Chipper) and more DVDs another early night.
Bank Holiday Monday - A walk around town, Stephen's Green, Merrion Square (Dermot Morgan's Shrine & Oscar Wilde's Statue) and around town, Hit McDaid's & Stag's Head for a couple of traditional Irish Pubs, then into Foggy Dew and for the first time a little disappointed, there was bloody football on the TV (no music), I had brought her in to show her how cool it was and feckin' Chelsea were on the telly. Then up to the Bull & Castle crap food, lovely beer then upstairs to the Beer Hall. Home on the bus early evening, couple of bottles of Corona from the off license and Blackadder goes Forth on DVD. Some nibblies and another early night.
This is the first time in I don't know how long I actually feel refreshed after a weekend off. I left herself asleep this morning, I cannot wait to see her again.

awwww sounds you had a brill time! :)
Have I got News for you was great! thought it would get out of hand a couple of times! lol even usually straight and sour faced what's his name was laughing :D
No bank holiday in Cheeseland last weekend but there is one coming up this weekend. Good stuff bank holiday weekends ! yep! |

Can't wait for it either. The weather forecast is brilliant, and I have an extra day off cos my dad turns 60 on Tuesday. Too bad I have a deadline in a couple of weeks which means that I need to do some work as well *sigh* |

| och that's a shame. For once I've got nothing to do, just laze about. I might get all the spring/summer clothes out and put all the winter woolies away. I like doing this! :) |

I really did, it was so laid back, I was nearly horizontal.
Yeah, he's a complete nutter, the fecker has tried to climb Everest 3 times or something mad bastard.
Hope you have a great bank holiday, sounds like you deserve one.
