I Do Hate to grunt lots, but I'm a little bit stressed recently. Perhaps, it's because I'm thinking about too many depressing things.

I have no ideas what I should do when I grow up, things between my friends and me aren't going well at all, and studies irritate me greatly. Myabe, I'm just too sensitive lately.

The real problem is that nothing seems to be very interesting.

So.. How would you say you handle yourselves under pressure?

Thanks for reading and I truly hope you to have a nice weekend :)

Sometimes we all feel a bit down or less happy than normal and it's good to not try to hide it. If you're stressed because of too much work, make sure you get it all done so you can enjoy the rest of the time.

Don't worry about what you want to do with life, I'm 17 and have no idea, and my mum didn't know what she wanted to do until she was about 22! Look for all the nice things in life, like the bits of Travis songs that send shivers down your spine, or make you smile and soon you'll be happy again :)

It's quite normal to feel stressed out or down from time to time, it'll pass. Your friends and you are bound to have some not so good times occationally, that happens with all relationships. I'm sure that'll pass, too. As for school work, it might help to concentrate on one thing at the time. I once heard a good piece of advice; if you have a huge pile of potatos to peel, it might seem impossible, but if you concentrate on one potato at the time, it won't feel as daunting.

Last Summer I had a lot of work to do and I was stressed out because of it. Listening to Travis helped a lot. Also, fresh air, walking in nature or other kind of excercise and enough sleep will make you feel better.

It's the age you are. You and your friends are all changing, you all have difficulties and school work. Friendships do change as you get older. It's not always easy, but it's normal. Everyone goes through it.

It is also normal not to know what you want to be when you grow up. That is why some people end up changing their majors in college (some of us, ahem, twice).

I always thought my friend who wanted to become a nurse was lucky, because she knew from a young age. I never had a strong interest in anything.

I hope things get better for you soon.

Roll with the flow lady, roll with the flow.

I know - that's not really helpful is it. It does get easier as you get older. Try to look forward to each new day instead of back with regret at yesterday. New opportunities are waiting for you. Lots of deep breathes and NO blaming yourself help greatly. Make each decision on the facts you have available now and remeber that it doesn't matter in the future if you think the decision was wrong cos you will have acted for the best at the time.

Thumping the bed always helps to alleviate frustration too.

Chin up, deep breathe, big smile and best foot forward.

Many thanks to The boy with a cryptic name, Mili, Kayte and Spid for certainly helpful advices. I'm feeling much more comfortable now, thank you, really. :) I've decided never to regret yesterdays.
